As important as it is for kids to stay active, they also need to know how to take it easy, and they need somewhere to do it.\u00a0In this post, we\u2019ll give you some ideas and tips for creating a chill out zone just for them. When they rest, we can rest.<\/p>\n

\nThe first thing is to find a corner of a house that\u2019s right for them and for you, where other household activities won\u2019t get in the way and you know they\u2019ll be able to unwind. And if there\u2019s natural lighting, all the better.<\/p>\n
