Of course, <strong>always making a different version to give it our personal touch<\/strong>. A classic recipe that cannot be missed during these special days is gingerbread biscuits. And if they are healthy\u2026 so much the better!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>These biscuits are delicious! <strong>We have used a secret ingredient that <a href=\"https:\/\/postressaludables.com\/galletas-de-jengibre-saludables\/\">we have found<\/a> after searching in many places<\/strong>. The same taste but much healthier and more delicious. Do you want to find out which ingredient it is? Well\u2026 Let&#8217;s do it!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>10 tablespoons of coconut or panela sugar<\/li><li>3 tablespoons of honey<\/li><li>85g cooked and finely mashed beans<\/li><li>65g unsalted butter<\/li><li>1 egg<\/li><li>310g oatmeal<\/li><li>1 teaspoon cinnamon<\/li><li>3 teaspoons ginger powder<\/li><li>30g 70% chocolate for melting<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe title=\"\u00bfCocinamos? Galletas de jengibre con formas navide\u00f1as\" width=\"1778\" height=\"1000\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/cV8co6-R3OM?feature=oembed&#038;enablejsapi=1&#038;origin=https:\/\/www.boboli.es\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ol id=\"block-d5805687-078d-44a5-92d4-2c7badfcc6ff\"><li>Mix the beans, butter, egg and coconut sugar until you have a homogeneous mixture.<\/li><li>On the other hand, mix the oat flour with the ginger and cinnamon until you have a dough with a smooth and compact texture.<\/li><li>Divide the dough into two parts so that you can stretch it better and place it between 2 sheets of parchment paper. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin until it is half a centimetre thick. When the dough is ready, put it in the fridge for 30 minutes.<\/li><li>Now all that remains is to give the biscuits the shape you want and put them in the oven for 9-15 min. at 180\u00baC. The time will depend on the thickness of the biscuit.<\/li><li>Melt the chocolate and decorate the biscuits.
