That\u2019s why we\u2019re suggesting a really easy and seasonal idea for supper today. We love courgettes\u2026 there&#8217;s a lot you can do with them. But we like them best in the form of spirals that lend themselves to many a recipe. Brought to you, as usual, from our dear\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.beingbiotiful.com\/recetas\/cenas\/carbonara-calabacin\/\">Beingbiotiful<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong> (for four persons)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>300g spaghetti<\/li><li>125 ml oat cream<\/li><li>4 to 6 tablespoons grated Parmesan<\/li><li>2 egg yolks<\/li><li>Salt and pepper<\/li><li>Grated lemon rind<\/li><li>1 + 1\/2 courgettes cut in spirals<\/li><li>Water<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe title=\"\u00a1Incre\u00edble! Remember to keep some of the cooking water aside. We\u2019ll use it later on.<\/li><li><strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;In a bowl, mix<\/strong> the oat cream, grated Parmesan, egg yolks, salt, pepper and grated lemon.<\/li><li>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Wash the courgettes and <strong>prepare the spirals<\/strong> with the spiralizer.<\/li><li>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Heat a little oil in a frying pan, add the courgetti and <strong>saut\u00e9 for approximately 3 minutes.<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strain the pasta<\/strong>, put it back in the pan, add the courgetti, the mix we\u2019ve prepared, and keep stirring while slowly adding enough cooking water until you get a Carbonara effect.<\/li><li>Serve immediately with more <strong>Parmesan and pepper<\/strong>.<strong><\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>You don&#8217;t know what to cook?
