{"id":10883,"date":"2021-03-17T07:00:00","date_gmt":"2021-03-17T06:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.boboli.es\/boboliland\/?p=10883"},"modified":"2021-04-09T11:11:58","modified_gmt":"2021-04-09T09:11:58","slug":"un-poco-de-dulce-cookies-de-sesamo-y-chocolate","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.boboli.es\/boboliland\/en\/un-poco-de-dulce-cookies-de-sesamo-y-chocolate\/","title":{"rendered":"Chocolate and Sesame Cookies"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>A recipe from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.beingbiotiful.com\/recetas\/batch-cooking\/cookies-de-sesamo-y-chocolate\/\">@beingbiotiful<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong> (For approximately 10 cookies)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>80 g&nbsp;Buckwheat flour<\/li><li>50 g oat flakes<\/li><li>70 g almond flour<\/li><li>1 tablespoon sesame seeds<\/li><li>1\/2 teaspoon baking soda<\/li><li>1\/2 teaspoon vanilla powder<\/li><li>A pinch of salt<\/li><li>110 g coconut oil<\/li><li>1 egg<\/li><li>140 g coconut or Muscovado sugar<\/li><li>2 tablespoons of Maple syrup<\/li><li>125 g of black chocolate bits (70% cocoa)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Follow these steps:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li><strong>Heat the oven to 200\u00baC<\/strong>. Also, prepare a baking tray.<\/li><li>Take a bowl and <strong>mix the dry ingredients in it<\/strong>. Melt the coconut oil on a low fire and let it rest.<\/li><li><strong>Beat the egg with the coconut sugar just a little<\/strong>. Add the coconut oil and blend again. Add the Maple syrup and blend.<\/li><li><strong>Blend in the dry ingredients<\/strong>, without stirring too much. The idea is to obtain a smooth mixture without beating it too much.<\/li><li><strong>Add the chocolate bits<\/strong>. Leave the mixture in the fridge for some minutes.<\/li><li>Using a tablespoon for a measure, <strong>make little mounds with 1-2 tablespoons<\/strong> of the mixture on the tray separated from each other and flatten them slightly. Leave this space between the cookies because they will grow in size.
